San Diego’s Finest

It was May of 2019 when my Husband got charged with a DUI w/Great Bodily Injury, we had another attorney but decided to seek another one, I came across Peter Blair here on Avvo, read his reviews and he seemed like a great fit for an ideal defense attorney; I called in to get some info and was booked ...for an appointment the following day; we came out of his office with him as my husband’s new attorney for his case. As a continuous offender my husband was facing 3-5 years in prison. It is July 2020 and my husband is out of custody, he served 10 months (due to COVID-19 courts kept rescheduling sessions; he would have been out sooner) Peter Blair is a blunt & aggressive ; finds discrepancies in cases and fights hard for justice , but what makes his different from the previous attorneys we’ve had, was that he was always available, email, text or phone call, as his client’s wife I was always in contact; getting my answers to questions, concerns or issues with case, he was AVAILABLE! We did all that he recommend, we played the game his way and won. My children and family are beyond grateful that we were able to have such a knowledgeable lawyer representing us during this hard time. Thank you Again! Felix Fam.

Peter is a professional attorney . he knows ho to deal with DA. i paid so many other attorney they gave me a lots of nonsense promise. but when i called peter he answered me logically. remember they are some attorney charge so much $$ but did't do anything for my case only blaming DA and me as a b...ad luck. Peter done my case with fair price and got my case done .thank you Peter.

Saved our bacon for sure

We hired Peter an entire year ago to help my kid through a complicated situation. He has been SO patient with us as we navigated the waters of mental health, the probation dept and the judicial system in this city. After many, many months of fielding our emails and texts, we finally went to court th...is week, armed with all of his suggestions.... and literally he had to get our court changed to get a judge who would look at our legit case. If we had walked in there alone, or most likely with any other attorney, we would have been totally screwed. He got us a more favorable judge, which resulted in a more favorable result. I can't say enough good about him. He is still working alongside my kid as she works with probation. It has meant the world to us...to be heard, to not be alone, to have real help. He was worth every penny. Thank you Peter. My kid's future seems full of hope now.

Great Attorney

I hired Peter Blair to defend me in a serious case recently. His rates were the best out of the attorneys I considered hiring. He came to the county jail the day I contacted him and talked to me about my options. He even tried to give me some cash so I could bail out and have money for a bus home. Th...e guard wouldn't allow it though. Peter helped me get my charges reduced, get a good plea deal, and continues to help me with advice and action throughout my probation process. He's also going to go to court on my behalf in a year in order to expunge my record and have me taken off of probation. Peter is a great lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone facing charges and needing help.

Amazing attorney!

Thank you Avvo For finding me such an amazing attorney. My son has schizophrenia and got into trouble in San Diego. We live in Hawaii and couldn't afford to go to California and help him. Mr. Blair was on your website and answered our desperate outreach immediately. He instantly reassured us ...that he would defend my son. His patience and information was outstanding. Walking us through his defense step by step. Having moderate finances he was able to allow us to make payment arrangements. Never making us feel like we were a burden and being attentive to all of our questions and needs.
