An excellent attorney

Attorney Blair is an excellent lawyer with an immense knowledge of law. He is down to earth, pulls no punches and a great counselor. He got all charges against me dropped in a DV case. Highly recommended.

The best lawyer I could’ve asked for

I was being accused of child molestation by my own family. After constantly being stalked and harassed by police I decided to give Peter a call and it was one of the best decisions of my life. This was one of the hardest things to go through but Peter was very understanding and knowledgeable about th...e legal process in this case. This is a lawyer with experience who won’t sugar coat anything and tell you how exactly how it is. Not only that but his assistant was also outstanding, she is on top of everything and really helped me build my defense. After months of waiting and having Peter talk with the DA I am happy to say my case was rejected. Couldn’t have done this without him and his assistant. If you’re ever in a tough situation like my own I’d highly recommend you reach out to him

Great attorney!

If you are reading this, you have found the right attorney! I was in the most distressed time of my life. I did not know where to start. My brother hired one of the best criminal attorneys in Memphis,TN. I called him and explained my situation and I asked if he knew or had colleagues in San Diego,CA.... He said, no but I would advise you go on the Avvo website to start. Also, he said; you do not want a lawyer that has been doing this too long or right out of law school. I thanked him and he said good luck! I then, went to the Avvo website and after scrolling through. I read Peter Blaire’s background, yrs of experience, and the statement “ Our primary goal is to fight aggressively on your behalf to ensure you move beyond your case towards a successful future and a clean record” grabbed my attention. I knew the uphill battle I was facing. I called Peter Blaire immediately and gave a summary of my situation. Peter Blaire spoke with confidence, directness, and assertiveness. No sugar coating. I knew I found the right man for the job and he is not what I call “ a glory getter”! I expressed to Mr. Blaire from the beginning; I have integrity and will be transparent with my situation. After almost 1.5yrs with patience and resilience my false allegations of a misdemeanor and felony charges were dismissed! I took 2 DV classes and parenting. These classes are effective for victims and offenders. I also had to have someone monitor me with my son for 6 months on the family side to prove the truth! I could breathe again. Peter Blaire’s commitment and demeanor helped remind myself I was fighting for myself and 4yr old son. It fueled my determination and motivation to prove the truth of false allegations. Furthermore, I had to hire a family attorney. Despite what I have endured and continue in this process. Always trust your gut! A long story short. I was young and naive when I married a charismatic high ranking naval man who is mentally/ emotionally abusive, most likely a covert narcissist who claimed to be a victim and portrayed me as the offender. I was trapped in a situation across the US away from my family. My case was not clear cut and was unique. I hope this review helps someone in a similar situation. Peter Blaire is your wingman, his job is to defend and protect by having your back! Don’t give up! David Goggins once said; “Living a life avoiding failure does only one thing for you: it never gives you the opportunity to see what you truly are capable of”.

Felony dismissal

In 2018 Mr. Blair Essentially saved for one My life and and two my career. I was charged with 2 Felonies and 1 misdemeanor for domestic violence. I was in an absolute limbo. When I Hired Mr. Peter Blair he immediately put my mind at ease. Knowing I am an active service member Mr. Peter Blair knew th...e Outcome of my Career if these Charges were to follow through if I was to get convicted. He worked real hard with his team and prosecutors to get my charges dropped. He ultimately succeeded!!! All my charges got dismissed. I put my career and my life in Mr. Blair’s hands, he was with me every step of of the way and I could not have made a better choice to hire him. Trust in him like I did. Not only did we get the case dismissed but we further fought to get the arrest record completely wiped and succeeded.

Gets the job done!

Blair and his defense team were great in representing me in my case. I'm extremely pleased with the deferment they were able to get the judge to grant me. I was stressed about my case from the beginning. However after speaking with Mr. Blair my stress was lifted because of his confidence and his expl...anation of my case.
