DUI case

Peter Blair was an outstanding lawyer. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and commitment in getting the best possible outcome in my case. I had gotten into a car accident and was charged with a DUI after blowing a .086. Peter was able to get all charges dismissed. During this incredibly st...ressful time he was also thoughtful and caring to my feelings and was able to ease my stress and assured me that he would do what it takes to get the best possible results. I am truly thankful I chose him as my attorney and would highly recommend him to anyone.

passionate and honest

Peter is really good at what he does. He knows his way around the courtroom and he pratically knows most if not all of the prosecutors. The great thing about peter is that he gets the job done with the results you want. He has the best interest for his clients and gets you the best deal possible. I w...as facing a new charge plus a probation violation and all were felonies, he got all misdemeanors on not only on my new charge but also renegotiate my last charge and best of all no jail time. Peter is a little pricey but he is worth every penny. He can also be flexible with the price he let me pay him monthly until the case was done.

A True Giant

This man is a great man and a excellent Lawyer . He really knows the Laws inside and out. If it wasnt for him, i would be sitting in a prison cell , thanks to him i am now almost a college grad and a graduate of VTRC and soon to have my rights restored to me. i recommend him to everyone out there who... needs a giant in their corner. I am truly thankful for what he put his name on the line for me.

An Attorney with Passion, Integrity, and Knowledge

I came to Mr. Blair a few months back to handle my case. I had never been in trouble with the law, so everything seemed overwhelming to me. Since day one, Mr. Blair was patient and educated me on the law as well as my case. He kept me informed throughout my case, and never felt bothered when I cal...led for an update. He always took my calls and responded to my e-mails himself. From the get go I got the sense that he actually cared for the outcome of my case. He took the time to listen to me and asked questions in order to have the best strategy for my case. He advocated for me aggressively and professionally. He is knowledgeable and has a work ethic matched by none. I am happy with the outcome and can't thank him enough. THIS IS YOUR GUY! Best lawyer in town!

I hired Peter to handle my DUI case when I was freaking out that my life was over. Peter reassured me that he would take care of everything for me, and HE DID! I really didn't have to worry with him, he was on top of court dates, hearings, DMV information, and basically provided me with all the inf...ormation I needed before I needed it. He even came to me when I needed to sign court documents. I mean really, he was the best. He got my DUI down to a wet wreck less and my charges lessened greatly. Just recently, almost 10 months after everything was settled he checked in with me to see how everything is going and gave me a heads up on when I can apply for a expungement! WOW! I could not ask for a better lawyer or representative. Thank you Peter!
