Dependable

Recently a family member was charged with several Federal felonies . It had been well over 15 years since any contact with law enforcement. I hired Peter Blair Defense Team. Mr. Blair answered all my emails and questions in a timely manner and fought aggressively and tirelessly for my Family Memb...ers case. Mr. Blair is absolutely a professional defense lawyer, whom I would recommend to any one facing serious charges, he went right to work for me and immediately put my mind at ease over what my cousin was being charged with, his staff worked diligently to process all her proceedings . Arrested

My daughter was arrested (2) years ago. As a parent, I tried to help but I was scared. I reach out to Blair Legal defense and they made me feel at ease. They took over, and led me through the entire process. They were able to negotiate and work to minimize the damage wit a great outcome. I no...t only recommend them … I will sing their praises all day! I hope I don’t need them again, but I would not hesitate if necessary. Peter Blair

Hire an attorney and get a friend for life!

This is my first review on google ever! I am writing this review because of the amazing experience I had with Mr. Peter Blair. I found Peter on google 6am in the morning after my daughter got arrested for vehicular manslaughter. I had no idea where she was since her arrest last night. Peter didn’t as...k me about the business aspect of our deal. He just asked her name and told me to wait for his call back. When I asked him if we should discuss the details of retainer, he said, let’s worry about it after we find out where she is. In 5 minutes, he found out where she was and arranged for bail. By the time she was taken to Las Collinas 8am in the morning and they entered her in, they had to process to check her out as well because bail was posted. She was out on Saturday 11am with me! Peter came to my house to discuss the case of the details and consoled my devastated daughter and wife like a family member by giving genuine hug. He still didn’t ask me to do the paper work. When I went out to see him off and I asked him when should I come for the paper work, he said “whenever you feel like it. First be with your family and gather yourself”. He put her on volunteer GPS and alcohol monitor and started my daughter to go to AA classes before the arraignment after a week so that she already had 7 classes with both monitors on her ankle. She was not only granted the bail but court ordered the GPS and alcohol monitor on record. This was the best thing that happened to my daughter as she got credit for twice the days she was on GPS monitor totaling to almost 2 years from 4 years sentence. This was absolutely huge. If Peter didn’t think of this, we wouldn’t have hopes of seeing our daughter for a long time! Due to lack of understanding of legal system and various other factors, my daughter decided to go with some other attorney. And I must say we regretted it so much. Peter still didn’t leave the contact. He became so attached to our family that he would respond to my text day or night even though he was not our attorney. We discussed case details and he always gave advice and remained honest about the outcome. He never told us what we wanted to hear. He always presented very transparent evaluation of the situation. On the sentencing day, he spent the entire day with us to show his support. He didn’t stop that day. He put me in touch with someone who knew ins and out of the prison system so that I can help my daughter on every aspect of her journey and that person is helping me without asking me for a single dime. He tells me “if you are Peter’s friend, you are my friend”. Peter continued to show his support by writing character letter for my daughter that could be useful for future procedure and still remains in touch asking how my daughter is doing. He even talked to her while she was in county jail. This level of care can only be shown who is a family member. This is my first time to go through these difficult situation and I would tell you all that it is not about the outcome. If the case is straightforward where you are guilty, outcome is pretty much decided. It is the journey you have with the attorney is the most important aspect. For first time offenders, there are million questions almost all the time and having someone available to text you back any time of the day, is a huge support that we are recognizing only now. You might be driven by making your decision by endless recommendations but take it from someone who has actually gone through it. You want someone like Peter who holds you hand throughout and presents you with a calm, collected and thoughtful advice on legal aspects as well as becomes your friend, mentor or guide on personal level helping you go through these difficult times. I would highly recommend Peter if you end up in any legal situation. I assure you that you will not only find a fantastic attorney but a friend for life!

Job Well Done

Having no idea which way to turn in an unfortunate legal situation, and never have needed an attorney for a criminal case before, I was left to searching the internet for an attorney. Literally hundreds of attorneys are advertised online. Who do you choose? Choosing the right attorney is the most cri...tical and pivotal decision one will have to make with getting the best possible outcome for their legal concerns and for counsel over the lengthy legal process. After doing my due diligence and consulting with as many people that I could to ensure I chose the best attorney for the job, I chose Peter Blair at the Blair Defense Firm. I knew from the first call I made to him that he was a stern, no nonsense, straight to the point, and ready to work individual who was fair with his fees. To make a long story short, Peter Blair and his associate Joe Seipel came up with a game plan, executed it, and delivered exactly what they said they would do. I don’t know how they did it, but after several months, a lot of work, and with my case involving unique circumstances; in the end my case was dismissed. I would highly recommend the Blair Defense firm to anyone looking for an experienced and strong attorney and law firm to take on their case.
