Excellent all around!

Peter was very professional in dealing with DUI case from the offset. When other lawyers said otherwise, Pete went to bat for me, and he believed in me from day one. Undoubtedly, I'd recommend anyone who has recently been charged with a DUI to hire a cordial, respectful, and empathetic profession...al who truly cares about not only winning your case, but even more, the success of your future. Therefore, from day one, from the moment I consulted Pete, I knew he was the guy to represent me, and trusted that he has my best interest in mind. And, it's why, I'm certain he will do the same for you. (Case Notes* Summer of 2014, I was visiting some friends in California, and after going out one night in downtown San Diego. One thing led to another, and I was pulled over by a police officer, and after fully cooperating and passing every field sobriety test, I was taken into the station because I refused to blow in the breathalyzer (It's your right to do so). Consequently, I blew a .11 at the station, thus, being charged with a DUI. I knew from the moment I got out the next day, that I had a legitimate opportunity to prove that I was not drunk. So, I needed a good lawyer. Hired Pete, and he helped me get a wet-reckless, instead of a full blown DUI. Presently (2016), Pete is helping me get that record expunged since I've completed my probation period without any problems).

Mr. Peter Blair is A Very Rare Find

Mr. Peter Blair came highly recommended to me from a friend with a similar domestic violence case. I was completely panicked about possible repercussions of jail time, criminal record, court fines and humiliation. To my surprise, Peter answered his own phone and spoke to me immediately, counseling me... on my options right from the very first moment. Immediately, my anxiety was lessened knowing I had contacted a professional that was straight forward, fair, real, nonjudgmental, and most of all caring. As my case progressed new fears of trial time, ruining my professional reputation and future, everything I've worked so hard for and my financial wellbeing was driving me nuts. Peter kept in contact with me every step of the way understanding my personal and emotional needs balanced with my professional and legal needs. This is a very rare combination to find in any service, especially in any court system. Peter helped me to expedite the case and get me back to living and working without legal stress, court dates or facing the opposing party again. Peter Blair is a Class Act!

Top to bottom, my experience with Peter Blair was fantastic. He was originally contacted by my brother to help arrange bail and offer advice. Even though it was a holiday (Labor Day) and he was driving in his car, Peter took the call and worked with my Brother for several hours to help with bail and... offer advice on how to proceed moving forward. One thing in particular that impressed me with Peter was how prompt he is with responses. This was a very difficult and frightening time time for me and my family and that fact that he always responded within a matter of minutes (if not seconds) to my phone calls, emails and even text messages was invaluable to me. With some much concern on my end- it was really a lot of piece of mind to know that if i had a question- i had a professional in my corner who would respond quickly. Peter sprung into action quickly to help my case and helped me gather all the inflammation i needed to ensure there would be no long term implications from my arrest. Gathered information and helped me with templates to use for character witnesses and the end result was no charges were filed and he quickly got to work looking to grease the arrest record. Top to bottom- this is a class act gentlemen who i would recommenced to anyone in need of professional help

Fantastic

I will never be able to thank Peter Blair enough. His representation will enable me to continue my education and pursue my career. Briefly my best friend was leaving on his second deployment, we went out for his favorite Mexican farewell dinner. We bumped into some friends and the evening spiraled ou...t of control as did we,and then I did the stupidest thing I have ever done. We left the Club and I tried to drive us home. I've been told I hit two parked cars and luckily the police stopped me and I was arrested. I have little recollection of that night, the police also found drugs. I thought I had completely ruined my life. Peter Blair was able to get me a program that coupled with my good behavior will have this incident expunged from my record. If you find yourself in this or a similar situation Peter Blair is the man you need to call. I can not thank him enough.

THIS IS YOUR GUY! Best lawyer in town!

I hired Peter to handle my DUI case when I was freaking out that my life was over. Peter reassured me that he would take care of everything for me, and HE DID! I really didn't have to worry with him, he was on top of court dates, hearings, DMV information, and basically provided me with all the inf...ormation I needed before I needed it. He even came to me when I needed to sign court documents. I mean really, he was the best. He got my DUI down to a wet wreck less and my charges lessened greatly. Just recently, almost 10 months after everything was settled he checked in with me to see how everything is going and gave me a heads up on when I can apply for a expungement! WOW! I could not ask for a better lawyer or representative. Thank you Peter!
