Mr. Peter Blair is A Very Rare Find

Mr. Peter Blair came highly recommended to me from a friend with a similar domestic violence case. I was completely panicked about possible repercussions of jail time, criminal record, court fines and humiliation. To my surprise, Peter answered his own phone and spoke to me immediately, counseling me... on my options right from the very first moment. Immediately, my anxiety was lessened knowing I had contacted a professional that was straight forward, fair, real, nonjudgmental, and most of all caring. As my case progressed new fears of trial time, ruining my professional reputation and future, everything I've worked so hard for and my financial wellbeing was driving me nuts. Peter kept in contact with me every step of the way understanding my personal and emotional needs balanced with my professional and legal needs. This is a very rare combination to find in any service, especially in any court system. Peter helped me to expedite the case and get me back to living and working without legal stress, court dates or facing the opposing party again. I'm hoping to expunge the case next and moving in a positive direction with my life. I couldn't have made a better decision than to have Mr. Peter Blair on my side.

Helpful & Responsive

Peter was a wonderful resource during a time full of uncertainty and fear for me. I was arrested for a felony and had never been in trouble with the law before in my life. Peter was able to calm my fears, but was always honest with me about the best and worst case scenarios. He always responded to my... questions and informed me of any updates in my case as they became available. My charge was dropped to misdemeanor and then was dismissed with just two days of community service. Thank you for your help, Peter!

Blessing in Disguise

This man is passionate in what he do. He gives you the confidence to let you know you're going to be fine. His gift in what he do is a amazing, and gave me a second chance with my family, I never even got to say thanks to him person because my charges where dropped when i was on the way to court! ... So the best thing i could do is just make a review! Do i recommened him? Thats not even a question! GODBLESS THIS MAN!

A Compassionate and Dedicated Advocate (update)

We retained Peter's services for our mentally ill son who was facing three very serious felony charges this summer. Due to our son's incompetence when arrested, the court process was lengthy. Peter's compassion, patience and ability to communicate with our son, even in his gravely ill state of mind..., is amazing. Our son trusted Peter from the beginning, and that just does not happen. Our son was looking at serving several years in prison. Peter was able to have two of the charges dropped and one reduced. Our son was released with probation. A restraining order had been placed at the arraignment to keep our son and his father apart. This was not wanted by either party and was creating a great emotional and financial strain on our family. My husband was so heartbroken not being able to be a support for his son. At sentencing Peter was able to have order modified to allow phone contact. My son and husband were so happy to finally be able to talk to each other after seven months. Two months later Peter was able to have the order changed to a Peaceful Contact Order. Thanks to Peter, my family is back together. Peter the lawyer is dedicated, hard working, conscientious, informative, aggressive and passionate for the law. Even though he has many clients, he always makes you feel like you are the only one. He is always focused and attentive, returns calls and texts right away. Peter is honest and compassionate, a genuine good man. There is great stigma that comes with mental illness. We have had many ugly experiences of being treated badly because of it over the years. Peter has a big heart and since the first moment we spoke has had only kindness toward us. This has been a long journey and we are so thankful to Peter for all he has done and continues to do for our family.

Peter Blair is the best criminal defense in SD

Highly recommend attorney, Peter Blair (criminal case). I hired Mr. Blair to be my father's representative by the amount of satisfaction and positive reviews from previous and current clients. After meeting up with him and interviewed Blair I was convinced he was the one defend and represent my fathe...r who was being charged with 20 lbs of cocaine and heroine. Facing up to 4 years and $700,000 bail. In addition to that, my father not being a US citizen only a permanent resident. Peter was always blunt regarding the possible charges and consequences , but always let me know he will try to get the best deal for him. Never mention the worst case scenario because he only concentrate in the best outcome for my father. Mr Blair always respond to my texts and was so flexible when it came to the monthly payments. I will definitely be grateful and appreciate Blair! My father's outcome was out with no bail, only 3 years of probation and did not get deported. I'm one satisfied Daughter! Thanks again Peter!!
