Excellent all around!

Peter was very professional in dealing with DUI case from the offset. When other lawyers said otherwise, Pete went to bat for me, and he believed in me from day one. Undoubtedly, I'd recommend anyone who has recently been charged with a DUI to hire a cordial, respectful, and empathetic profession...al who truly cares about not only winning your case, but even more, the success of your future. Therefore, from day one, from the moment I consulted Pete, I knew he was the guy to represent me, and trusted that he has my best interest in mind. And, it's why, I'm certain he will do the same for you. (Case Notes* Summer of 2014, I was visiting some friends in California, and after going out one night in downtown San Diego. One thing led to another, and I was pulled over by a police officer, and after fully cooperating and passing every field sobriety test, I was taken into the station because I refused to blow in the breathalyzer (It's your right to do so). Consequently, I blew a .11 at the station, thus, being charged with a DUI. I knew from the moment I got out the next day, that I had a legitimate opportunity to prove that I was not drunk. So, I needed a good lawyer. Hired Pete, and he helped me get a wet-reckless, instead of a full blown DUI. Presently (2016), Pete is helping me get that record expunged since I've completed my probation period without any problems).

Results

I was arrested for domestic violence and posted bail. I googled "best attorneys in San Diego"- Peter Blair's name popped up. I met with him the morning I was released. After a couple of court dates, we found we weren't going to be able to work with the prosecutor who was aggressively trying to push f...or me to serve 60 days in jail. I have two young boys and a wife so it was extremely nerve racking on my entire family. With the help of Peter Blair, I ended up getting probation and no jail time. Instead of not being able to see my wife until I completed 20 sessions of domestic violence classes, I only have to complete 12, and I can communicate and see my wife for the exchange of our children anytime I want. Till this day, Peter is helping me get back to my family quicker with his representation of me in court since I live out of state. The judge commended Peter Blair for his representation in my case. When the judge says, "You should thank your attorney for doing such a great job for you," - You know you hired a good one. If you're on this site looking at the reviews and wondering if you should have Peter Blair represent you- I'd tell you to look no further. I'm sure glad I didn't.

Awesome attorney

Peter Blair is a great attorney. I was facing a very serious charge and looking at 3 years prison and decided to hire Peter to defend me. He went to work on my case and kept me updated and always answered my calls. Peter was able to get my sentence reduced from 3 years prison to residential treatment... no prison no jail time. I highly recommend Peter Blair he was upfront and honest about everything and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible result.

I got myself into some trouble at the beginning of year and called Peter right away. He helped me out not only by overcoming what I was charged with but also helping my mental state of mind while Going through the crap I went though. Thank you Peter for all your services. best firearms attorney ever

So, got i caught up as "collateral dammage" in a weapons thing. Looking at 10yrs and 10grand in fines. after a few consults, with a few pompous full of themselves attorney's. And a few who wer lost..i then met with peter blair. I knew right away he was the one. And his results proved me right! He is... the man. And and is worth every penny. He is stright forward and dosen't beat around the bush.
