Great Lawyer

I cant thank Mr Blair enough for taking my care and getting it dismissed. I was charged for petty theft but Mr. Blair was able to negotiate your case and get the case dismissed, after a small fine payment and 16 hours of community work service. Initially I was very scared and worried about my case.... But after my 1st consult meeting, Mr Blair explained me my options and his confidence in having the case dismissed gave me a very positive feeling about by situation. I am VERY pleased with the results of the case and highly recommend him as a defense attorney.

Honest, resourceful, and got results

Great Attorney

Professional, personable, and determined!

Someone very close to me was in the Marines, went out one night in San Diego, and ended up beating up a cop. This man had never had a violent past and was later discovered to have PTSD. The case was something the courts had never quite seen before. He was charged with 5 felonies + 6 misdemeanors. We ...chose Peter Blair as our criminal defense lawyer based on reviews because we are originally from Louisiana, and it was the best decision we could have made based on the severity of the charges. He kept us all at ease with his realistic perspective and calm demeanor. Peter was able to get rid of the misdemeanors and after over a year of battling the court, and got the accused man his minimum sentence. He should have received probation, but unfortunately, despite how far the accused had come while getting time served (becoming a trustee in 2 facilities over the last 14 months), the victim was unwilling to forgive, and pushed for further punishment. Peter did an outstanding job throughout, and has continued to be there for the inmate’s family and friends whenever need be. Absolutely recommend him for any case.

Very pleased client

I hired Attorney Blair because I was fighting a weapons charge. He took my case and handled it prompt and professionally.
