I highly recommend Michael for anyone who needs representation or consultation with a criminal, DUI and DWI case or any legal advice at that. Michael was referred to me by a family member, which I will never forget and be forever grateful for. I never thought I would ever need this type of help, lo and behold, that time came. On two occasions, which of course, I am not proud of. The first was a DUI, long story short, I pleaded guilty for reckless driving. Still nothing to be proud of but, I'll take it over a DUI. The second was a supposedly felony charge for possession of a weapon before boarding a plane. I was cited, weapon was confiscated and they allowed me to board the plane. What a way to start a trip. Wife was so furious. When returning home, I was still worried about the whole situation, so I gave Michael a call. He then submitted a letter of appeal or something like that and, well, in the end, no felony charge. The whole thing was dropped or dismissed. Not sure if I'm using the correct terminology. Anyways, it was a big sigh of relief. Also, back to the "reckless driving," Michael was able to have that expunged from my record later down the road. Another big sigh of relief. After all that, speaking, interacting and listening to Michael, I can say that he is a genuine person. Professional, compassionate, empathetic...I can go on. Mr. Hernandez is the most professional at his job, he was extremely informative, and patient in explaining to me how to help my wife in her case.
