Don't Hire Kerry
Kerry proved to be everything you don't want your lawyer to be: Incompetent, unreachable, late to court hearings, and to top it off he has a huge ego! He calls from unknown number, to call him you have to go thru the switch board and leave msgs. Most of the time he doesn't even call back, and other...

public defender would have been better
Lazy, Late, and incompetent. late for court twice. Had me plead guilty to a charge i wasn't guilty of. [Out of state residents are not required to register their weapons.] Cost me four times the actual amount of restitution. Poor communication. Tried emailing me that he was late for court beca...
I saved Steve from a prison sentence. I never make anyone plead. Ever. Rather, he pled guilty because his crime was caught on a Ring doorbell camera. He also was living in CA and definitely had to register his assault rifles.

no communication
i was disapointed in this attorney. he did not communicate with me about my case. he did not answer my inquiries. he did not tell me what he was doing or how the case was progressing. he was very full of himself. i had to fire him do to lack of communication. we had no idea what he was doing. ...
First of all, the person who wrote this comment was NOT my client. Rather, she is the mother of my ex-client. Second, the person who wrote this comment has serious drug abuse issues, as well as serious mental issues. Third, look at the gross misspellings in the client's mother's comments. (And, she is a licensed CA attorney, which is more reprehensible.) She would often call me high on pills and yell and scream at me for no reason. Fourth, the client is currently on his fourth retained attorney, which shows that he cannot work with anyone (including me). And fifth, the prosecuting agency was not the "DA," but rather the City Attorney's Office. And I did in fact get the offer that the client had been seeking for many months on his DUI case. I cannot say more about my actual ex-client due to attorney/client privilege, but trust me, these allegations are baseless.
