My young son found himself in some trouble and we were suddenly thrust into the legal system as a defendant. After many months of revised trial dates Jennifer was appointed as our attorney only a week prior to the actual start date. I know that Jennifer had a lot on her plate (including other clients...), but she made our situation her highest priority (or, that was at least our perception). She went way above-and-beyond to get caught up on our predicament and get us prepared as quickly as possible. She was very comforting and supportive to my wife and I, and of course my son for whom this was a really scary ordeal. Although Jennifer was somewhat of a newbie to this criminal defense stuff, she made use of every resource possible and came across as professional and competent and a strong (but tactful) advocate.
