Great lawyer with integrity

I hired Hugh McCabe in fall of 2008. I live in San Jose of CA. In 2008 someone whom my husband tried to help in a San Diego trip tried to extort money out of him, claiming untruthfully that she suffered pain due to my husband’s help. I was stressed, looked for a civil lawyer in SD, and was refer...red to Hugh's law firm. Communication with Hugh provided me with a relaxed feeling that someone competent and responsible would be there to escort us through the process and reach a fair outcome. I was impressed by his communication skills, which conveyed patience, quick understanding, and sensitivity, on top of the professionalism and sharpness. He also displayed an attitude which influenced me not to feel hostile to the woman, instead being able to see different viewpoints and deal with the situation with cooler head. The result of the matter was fairness and peace.
