There's a lot I'd like to say about Mr. Mueller, but I'll try to get straight to the point. I don't live in San Diego but was there because a buddy of ours invited me and my wife to attend a family celebration. Like any other good American out there, we enjoy drinking with friends every now and th...en. After driving a short distance from their place and literarily 100 ft from our destination, I was pulled over for stopping (complete stop), but not waiting 2 seconds at a 4-way stop intersection at 3 a.m. in the morning, where the only car in the area at that time was mine (according to the CHP officer). I got cited, taken to their office, and released shortly after. I was so stressed over the first few weeks because I knew this was going to cost me a lot in many ways. I literally felt so stressed and depressed every day for the first few weeks. I didn't want to think about it, talk about it, nor do anything related to "it". I finally decided to look for help only because the court date was approaching soon. I knew that the only way to try and deal with this situation was by hiring a professional. I had once gotten a 68-mph speeding ticket (yes, I was cited for driving 68 mph on the freeway). I had gone to court to fight the case on my own (back then I couldn't afford an attorney) trying to prove that the method used to clock my speed was inaccurate, but learned soon enough that the court and attorneys go hand in hand. You need someone to represent you; otherwise, they will trash all your legitimate evidence and rule against you. True story... So the question was, who could I trust? I had never had to deal with attorneys before other than when I got rear ended one time, and the attorney I was recommended was someone I would never recommend to anyone. I spent hours searching online and watching YouTube videos, looking for results. There were many, many options out there. Since I had never had to go through something like this before, I didn't even know how much an attorney would cost me for a case like this. I came across many DUI attorneys online, all showing high ratings and good reviews. So, I focused on experienced attorneys. I read many reviews of many attorneys in San Diego and came across Mr. Mueller's weblink. I can't recall the direct source where I found him, but I read many reviews, and to me, it seemed he was a person I could entrust this case to. I filled out the questionnaire on his website, and I received a reply the same day! He quoted me a price that, to me, was more than fair after comparing it with other sources. All of the transactions and our conversations were done via email. The communication via email was something I had never experienced with any other business out there! He always replied to my questions and concerns almost instantly! He explained everything in detail about what was going to happen, what things I needed to do to make the case better, and even went to court on my behalf on my court day! I never had to set foot in that court, or San Diego, for that matter, because Mr. Mueller took care of EVERYTHING! And I mean EVERYTHING!!! Mr. Mueller settled my case with bare minimum consequences. Compared to so many other stories I read in the reviews from other people who shared their experiences with similar cases like this one, I feel like I only received a slap on the hand. Of course, I'm still not happy about having to go through all this and having to spend so much on all this, all because of driving after having a few drinks, but I could not ask for anything more from Mr. Mueller. He did a fantastic job! I truly recommend him 110%! So if you are looking for someone to represent you in any DUI case in San Diego, Mr. Mueller is it!

I had a very difficult case, because hit 2 parked cars and denied chemical test. I also spent a night in jail. After I contacted Mr Mueller, he was super honest with me and told that most likely I’ll not be able to drive. But, I heard and read a lot of reviews about him and how professional he is. An...d here we are, he did really impossible, I still can drive with following certain rules. Of course, I was doing everything he told me, a lot of super advices Mr Mueller gave me, which I would never do by myself. I wish nobody ever to have such kind of situation, but we are all human beings and make mistakes. I am very thankful for giving me this second chance and I definitely would not make it without Mr Mueller’s help. Thank you for doing your job with a %100, even more patience and tolerance. I felt myself shame and horrible, but because of very respectful attitude, I felt very comfortable during our process. I am thankful that I met him on my life way, even in such situation.
