Rick was able to get my motion dismissed (set aside) by the DMV (after being charged with a 2.0 BAC). No license restriction. No penalties. Even though they say a lawyer cannot help with a dui I took the chance...and I am SO glad I did. I thought there was no possible way of avoiding conviction but Rick made it happen. Pled to a dry reckless...a small fine and 20AA classes..that is all!! I still can't believe it.
