Rick Mueller is an amazing attorney. While being active duty he took care of my case and I didn’t have to show up to court Until I had to pay the fines. Look no further and call him if you have any charges for a dui. I should have gotten a much harder sentence but having Mr.Mueller on my side helped ...me and I was able to avoid worse consequences. I have learned my lesson and I hope I never have to use Mr.Mueller services again but in the unlikely case I do, without hesitation he will be the first call I make. If you have a DUI you need to contact Rick Mueller. For me it was one of the easiest process to go thru with Rick. My DUI was an accident involving myself only. Rick was able to keep me from losing my license, and also was able to get the charges dropped. I contacted Rick through email, he asked ...a few questions then sent me the information to retain his services. It was a onetime fee to handle the DMV and all the court issues up until if it became a trial. Which mine didn’t. I am saying this now and if he reads it hopefully he doesn’t double his prices on you, but I would have paid triple of what he asked based on the results he provided me. I never once had to appear in court, talk to the DMV, or anyone else other than Rick. Like I said earlier in the end Rick was able to get my charges dropped and never did I lose my license throughout the process. Just some more advice, do everything Rick tells you, and let him work his magic. There were times when I didn’t have contact with rick for 6-7 weeks, but he was taking care of everything. Do what he says and I guarantee you, what you pay for him you will get back tenfold. Just one last comment, I was skeptical to call a lawyer for my DUI based on what happened, I figured there was nothing I could do so I was just looking to prolong losing my license. I recently hired Mr. Mueller to represent me in a DUI case. I am very happy and immensely satisfied with the services he provided and with the outcome of my case. Mr. Mueller clearly explained everything to me of what to expect and possible outcomes from a DUI charge and essentially took care of ever...ything such that I never had to appear in court. Having just gone through the unfortunate event of being charged with a DUI, I can't recommend enough the need for you to immediately hire an attorney to navigate through the complexities of the court and DMV. Rick Mueller should be the only call you make. You will be tempted by bargain basement p...rices for attorneys offering their services, but trust me pay a little extra money and get Rick. His experience is vast, and his relationships with prosecutors, judges, and DMV employees goes a long way to getting a favorable outcome. My main concerns were having to serve jail time and losing my license for a year, both were avoided by having Rick as my attorney. While he can't say for certain what will happen with your case the confidence he had in obtaining the outcome I was hoping was a relief for me when going through this process. His response time is incredible. I think the longest I had to wait to get a response to my emails was maybe 5 minutes. His service is unmatched in this business .
