I got my Dui back in April 2020. I was in a company vehicle, I was 3 times the limit, it was my 2nd within 10 years, I have a family, I'm the sole provider, I was already in a deep depression, etc etc , this was a nightmare. Almost 9 months later now I can say that the whole experience is actually a... blessing for me in my personal life, because of the changes it has brought about. Legally speaking, i spoke to a couple attorneys and put my trust in Rick, and he has guided me through the entire process way beyond my expectations. I have to serve 10 days of Alternative Custody, thank God! In the days after my arrest I was sure I would be going back to jail for 30, 60, 90 days, 1 year! It is a scary time, you think the worst. Outside of the case result I really can't say enough about the service from Rick. He's very organized and the speed in which you receive info is immediate. Also he is personable and always responded to any questions I had promptly, sometimes I got a text or email back the same evening I sent them, thinking he would see it the next day.
