If you have the money to hire Eugene, I suggest you do. He won't take many cases so if you are lucky to be a friend of his, hire him. The only lawyer I know that wants to actually win for you, just not take your money. Great person to know and I will owe this man forever because he beat a fed case fo...r me. No one usually makes it out the fed building without any charges besides Eugene. He is the best lawyer in San Diego period.
