DAA handled two cases for me - a civil lawsuit and an EEOC case. We won both cases. The difficulty with both was that I had a former attorney who did little to nothing to prepare the cases for upcoming hearings. Even though extensions were denied and DAA had minimal time to be brought up to speed on each case before each hearing, we won a settlement in each case! The key, I believe, is a client who provides all the relevant information and documentation. Who best knows their case, other than the client? You provide the information; the attorney provides the legal foundation. DAA provided the legal jargon, the legal bases, the legal arguments. He's good at what he does and he's not an arrogant swindler like other attorneys I've known. He retains the information he is given and uses it appropriately in hearings. I've hired other attorneys who are all talk and no action. DAA is about taking action. He is efficient and sure to meet deadlines. All attorneys cost too much money and take too much of the proceeds. However, this one gets results. Highly recommended.

THIS WILL ABSOLUTELY TAKE YOU TO THE BANK. I had the same experience with having to do all the leg work and research. He did nothing for my case, but to make it worser. He wrote up a document for me and it was completely the wrong information and misquoting of laws that did not apply to my case. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!! You will be sorry and out of money,

I was refered to this attorney for an EEO case. I had to do all the running around and research for him. Then I guess he felt bad and took another part of my case for a "flat fee." Big mistake! I constantly have to follow up with this guy. To call him lazy is an understatement. There has been no correspondence from him regarding my case unless I send him an email ( and that usually takes two or three). Be careful, this guy will take you to the bank! You're better off representing yourself.
