I have been planning to set-up a Living Trust for a few years. I finally knew it was time to initiate the process to protect my wife and children, but did not know who to use or where to go to accomplish this. I began searching for a local attorney. I have never been part of any litigation or needed ...an attorney before. My first couple attempts found me telling myself that i will get back to the search later or ask a friend for a referral. I finally came across Dan Weiner in one my attempts to search and find the right attorney. What initially stood out was his education and Duke University. I have a lot of respect for Duke and my daughter visited Duke and almost went there. I called Dan and set-up a meeting to meet with my wife and me. We both were very impressed with his knowledge and preparation for the initial meeting. We also were impressed with his advice and warmth during this initial meeting. Dan had sent me a template so we had an accurate picture of where we were and our goals for this initial meeting.
