It has been 2 years since my sentencing. I was really surprised that on May 22, 2017 I received an email from Atty. Daniel Greene informing me that I will have my court hearing on June 27, 20`17 for reduction of offense. I never thought that it will happen that soon. The thing that I really admire and adore Dan as always is his work ethics. His honesty, sincerity, strong commitment and dedication not only to his profession as a criminal defense lawyer but most importantly to all his clients. That is what I have known Dan from the very first time I met with him. It is just so amazing and I am so lucky and grateful to have a lawyer like Dan who is highly knowledgeable, very competent and always on top of everything. That I do not even have to call or remind him. He is the one keeping me posted and giving me updates all the time. That is why since day 1 that Dan represented and handled my case I felt that 100% full trust, confidence and security in him right away. But the highlight was Dan did another "EXCEPTIONAL, EXCELLENT and SUPERB" job. He fought for me all the way until the end and he was able to reduce my offense from a felony to misdemeanor. On top of that from formal probation it was dropped to summary probation. It was a great day for me and my family. Me and my wife were so happy with the outcome and it was a total relief on our shoulders. Through the unending effort of Dan now I can bring my 2 kids with me to Disneyland in which they have been longing for. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much Dan for everything that you have done to me and to my family that went beyond my expectations. I could not ask for anything more.
Without you as my lawyer I would not be in this position right now and that is for sure. Plain and simple. If you could recall that I am always been vocal and emotional to you Dan that there will never be an exchange of anything for saving me and my family. I owe that to you and I will always be mindful of that through the rest of my life. Giving you 5 stars is not enough for me. You deserve more than that. Dan, keep up the good work as always and more power to you. Good luck! Good bless you and your family.

Dan represented my 16 year old son on a recent case in Juvenile Court. The DA's office placed a total of 19 counts on him for a serious offense which I thought would ruin the rest of his life as some were felonies. The odds were stacked against him since some evidence was obtained by the police. It took five long months of dedication and effort but Dan was able to negotiate a deal with the DA to drop 17 of the 19 counts off the bat. There were 2 counts left with one being pretty serious. The DA agreed to withdraw the more severe count if my son successfully finishes his program and the one remaining would be sealed. He ended up getting a year of a probation and now has a second chance at life. Due to Dan's perseverance we achieved the best possible outcome. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have my son back and heading off to college next year. I would strongly recommend Dan Greene to anyone who is looking for a top notch criminal defense attorney!

Well, first off yes; needing a lawyer means something pretty bad is happening in your life but if you truly need legal counsel I strongly suggest Dan Greene! He's known throughout the court system here. Respected, rather. The judge even said to me, verbatim "I expect you to do what you are supposed to do and having such a great lawyer as Mr Greene, I'm sure you will"... the judge herself knew about him, or his reputation. It didn't stop there though. After I got my time thrown out the window for some insane BS he still helped me to continue with my probation. And for what i paid I wasn't expecting nearly such a stellar job and guidance. After all was said and done I couldn't have made a better move. Hopefully won't even need him again but if I do he's my first stop. Strongly recommended!

Back in December 2013 I was charged with 9 counts. Five felonies and four misdemeanors. One of the felonies was a sex crime. The other four(4) were elder abuse. The four misdemeanors were also elder abuse. I was facing 10 - 12 years in prison if convicted. At the same time I will be deported back to my country due to my immigration status as permanent resident (Green Card). Until I found Atty. Daniel F. Greene through online search. My wife called Dan's office and spoke with his case manager. At that very moment without second thought I retained Dan as my legal counsel. I met Dan for the first time in court the following day after I hired him when I had my readiness for preliminary hearing. I was very impressed with him the way he approached me. He was very professional, prim and proper, polite, courteous and empathetic. Right there and then I felt comfortable, safe and secured with him as my attorney. Excellent representation during the prelim. Six of the counts were dismissed including the sex crime. He is very clever, knowledgeable and highly skilled lawyer. Dan is a positive and genuine person. Sincere, truthful, committed and dedicated to his job and all his clients. The thing that I admired Dan so much was that every time I tried to get hold of him for any questions or concerns he always responds to my calls or emails on time or if he is busy for sure I get a word from him before the end of the day. He always and consistently keep me posted of the progress of my case so I would know where I stand and what is my position. Every penny you pay is worth it and he really works hard for it. After 17 months of hard work and working closely with the DA two of the remaining three charges were dismissed by the DA as part of the plea deal, leaving one felony that will be reduced to a misdemeanor after successful over a period of 18 months. I was sentenced to 325 days in custody with 5 years probation. At that time I thought that was the end of my relationship with Dan as my attorney. But while I was in custody he was still communicating with me and keeping track of everything. Until I got into the CPAC program (House Arrest) through Dan. I was only in custody for 3 months and spent the remaining 2 months on CPAP that ended on October 12, 2015. I was really amazed and touched by his gesture that I was able to reunite with my family earlier than I expect. It is hard to find a lawyer like Dan who is trustworthy and loyal to his clients. Dan saved me from deportation and that is the reason why I am here right now with my family. I have 2 kids a 7year old boy and 2 year old girl. I was very happy and satisfied with the outcome of my case. I could not ask Dan for anything more. I will never forget Dan and he is already part of my life with family. I highly recommend Atty. Daniel Greene if you need legal assistance. I could assure and guarantee that you will never regret. EXCELLENT & SUPERB Defense Criminal Lawyer. If only there is more than 5 stars that I could rate him without a doubt in my mind I will. Dan u did a great and exceptional job. I salute you. Thank you very much Dan and keep up the good work. You are always in our thoughts and in our hearts with my family. More power to you and I'm so proud of you. GOD bless!

I was arrested October 4th 2014 downtown for getting into a group fight. There was a serious injury with the victim, he had a seizure, his tooth was knocked out, and he had internal bleeding. I was bailed out of jail and immediately searched for a lawyer. I came across Dan and read his outstanding reviews, so I set up a consultation to see how he could help me. I was facing Great Bodily Injury, Assult with a Dealy Weapon, and one more charge but I can't recall what it was. Each charge carried 3-5 years and they were being considered felonies. I had never been arrested or been in trouble with the law before. Dan was able to close my case out Februray 25th 2015, everything was dropped down to misdemeanor with no felonies and no jail time. I'm on 3 years of informal probation. Dan was great at communicating and making sure I understood everything that was going on at all times. He was also sure to send me a property release forum so I could collect my belongings the SDPD kept at the time of my arrest. I highly recommend Dan, he is very knowledgable of the law and very good at what he does. He was really a life saver!

I was facing somewhere in the ballpark of 40 felony counts relating from various business. We got refereed to The Law Offices of Kerry Armstrong and Mr. Greene and Mr. Armstrong took on our case. Throughout the entire legal process, Dan was very informative and caring about our circumstances. He always returned our calls and emails and calmed my hysterical wife down numerous times. He assured us that their will be light at the end of the tunnel and there sure was. Dan learned my cases inside and out and found many issues with the DA's case against me, in the end,he got me a great plea deal and I had to pay some fines. If you are in need of quality representation, the team over at Kerry Armstrong is your answer.

Dan Greene has helped & stood by my site with important interviews, was available & always able to answer my questions in a professional & at the same time caring way. Dan was the one, who gave me a lot of peace, during a very painful & difficult time. Because of him I am able to move forward and away from a bad experience. I would recommend Dan to all my friends and family, should they ever be in need for a super competent and real human attorney. Dan opened my eyes to the fact that awesome attorneys actually do exist !

Dan Greene was retained on my behalf two and a half years ago on a case that was originally a no bail life sentence. I was charged in very hainus crimes including kidnapping an torture. The very first moment I met Dan was in a courtroom as I was arraigned. He immediately convinced the court to drop the torture charge and my bail was re-set at 150,000. He fought with me and for me non stop for two and a half years. It was a very politically charged and media driven case and there were long periods where the DA refused to be reasonable. But Dan continued to fight and not one time gave up on me, my family or my case. Ultimately Dan took a 7 felony(4 strikes) case with an exposure of nearly 20 years and tenaciously battled to the end to see that I will only see formal probation. I have every confidence in my Friend Dan. He will show you what it means not to give in or give up. Through thick and thin he's had my back. Dan I will forever be in your corner.

I hired Dan on a recommendation from a friend. I had gotten arrested for a DUi and it was my first ever problem with the law. Dan was ultra professional, put my mind at ease and made the entire process as painless as possible. He got my charges reduced to "wet reckless" and saved me thousands in fines and insurance costs. I couldn't have asked for better service.
