Thanks to Peter Liss and his staff acting on my behalf for a recent driving related charge. He and his staff handled all the court filings and appearances for me. He was able to negotiate a reduced charge, which led to a significantly reduced fine. I dont know how he did it, but he fought for me and ...he knew exactly what to do. I was visiting california in the fall of 2013. Was arrested and charged with a dwi. Was wrongly accused and after hiring peter as my lawyer to get this fixed everything seemed okay at first. Was never contacted before he pleaded guilty to a charge of reckless driving. Then he never contacted me after... the fact. I actually had to call him when DMV mail started showing up at my home in virginia. We had agreed in person at his office that this WOULD NOT affect my driving record or the dmv record.
