My son was in Juvenile Hall. Within a week of contacting Mr. Liss, my son was released to complete his semester so he would not fail all of his classed and delay his high school graduation (the public defender had told my son he would need to stay in Juvenile Hall for at least another 6 weeks). The hearing went exactly the way Peter described it, and my son is doing what he needs to do to fulfill the diversionary requirements and put this behind him. Peter's prompt and reassuring advice put my mind at ease and helped me figure out what I COULD do for my son with him so far away. Based on my brief interactions with him, I would certainly recommend him to others.
