I didn't hire Peter Liss when my college-age son got into a spot of trouble in the first week of school, resulting in a Minor in Consumption of Alcohol charge. I recently got a DUI. and I blew a .12, which isn't terrible considering it was my first. However I hit another driver in the process (on the freeway mind you) totally wrecked his car and also injured the lone passenger.
