I recently got a DUI. and I blew a .12, which isn't terrible considering it was my first. However I hit another driver in the process (on the freeway mind you) totally wrecked his car and also injured the lone passenger. It was really scary, and automatically I was going to be convicted with a DUI F...elony. I was absolutely terrified because I had a clean record and now I was going to get a Felony! That's a stain that pretty much never can be expunged off your record. So I did my research and contacted around 8 different attorneys/legal firms in the San Diego County area. Some of them dealt specifically with DUI's others did a variety of legal practices. I found Peter Liss online through another attorney, who referred Mr. Liss to me. Boy did he come through for me! I didn't have to serve any extra jail time, I ended up with a DUI Misdemeanor which is essentially a slap on the wrist and only 3 months of OHS classes as rehabilitation. He also was diligent enough to get my fines reduced, not to mention he was very flexible as far as the cost. It wasn't an arm an a leg to retain him, and any time I needed him he was there (un-like the public defender I was assigned).

I was visiting california in the fall of 2013. Was arrested and charged with a dwi. Was wrongly accused and after hiring peter as my lawyer to get this fixed everything seemed okay at first. Was never contacted before he pleaded guilty to a charge of reckless driving. Then he never contacted me after... the fact.
