I had domestic violence misdemeanor on my record and due to this I was unable to pass background check for new job opportunities. After of almost one year of unemployment I finally got a new job opportunity and received an offer from the company with the pre-condition of passing the background check.... However, once the company performed the background check this misdemeanor showed on my record and the offer was rescinded and given a week to clear my record or the offer will be completely revoked. I chose Peter based on 3 criteria: Experience (he has over 30 years - mostly DUI in Vista and surrounding areas), Reviews (he has excellent reviews), and education (he went to UC Berkeley School of Law). I was involved in a DUI accident/Injury and arrested for a felony. I called Peter and he was ex...tremely experienced and laid out the factors that the DA would be taking into consideration for a plea. My BAC was .22 and it didn't look very promising. Peter worked with me to develop a strategy for which the DA understand my facts and circumstances and character.
