Without knowing my entire store and the circumstances behind it you could pass judgment quite quickly, I was absolutely scared to de...ath going into this trial because I had never been in trouble with the law before. During my arraignment the D.A'S attorney tried to raise my bail to a ridiculous amount that was the first time I had seen mr. Liss in action he strategically and aggressively shut up the prosecuting attorney and was able to keep me out on my original bond, since the arraignment mr.liss had represented several times and "held my hand " throughout the rest of my trial. Today I went in for my sentencing again mr. Liss walked up to me with that cool confidence he has as an experienced attorney and we again went in front of the judge. After all was said and done me. Liss was able to get my felony reduced to a misdemeanor and kept me from doing any jail time at all which I was completely surprised. If you are in serious trouble and need someone to represent you this is the attorney you want in your corner, had I trusted in a public defender I know the outcome would not have been the same. Coming into the trial I did not have all the money up front which he was really cool about and let me make him payments, if it wasn't for mr. Liss's years of experience as a winning attorney I would not be typing this review tonight from home. I managed to get myself in a heap of trouble with two back to back DUI's (bad ones). Peter was terrific and managed to work with the prosecutors and judge and got me a really fantastic result. He went far and above my expectations and talking to people in my DUI class made me realize he did more far... more for me than other participants lawyers.
