I was involved in a DUI accident/Injury and arrested for a felony. I called Peter and he was ex...tremely experienced and laid out the factors that the DA would be taking into consideration for a plea. My BAC was .22 and it didn't look very promising. Peter worked with me to develop a strategy for which the DA understand my facts and circumstances and character. The result was a plea to a reduced charge of non-injury DUI misdemeanor with a stipulated BAC of .19. My fellow attorney friends were surprised at this (I went to law school) and a probation of 3 years (it is regularly 5 years)! I was arrested for DUI. Peter won my DMV hearing, successfully getting DMV to set aside the suspension. I've been told it's very rare to win DMV hearings and I believe it. This was also huge as I depend on driving for work. Pursuant to the DMV decision he was able to argue for a plea deal down to a "...wet reckless." This was another major win since my fine was reduced by about $1,000, my probation period was reduced from 5 years to 3 years, and my license was left in good standing.
