Unfortunately, Nancy York, charged the additional beneficiaries for phone calls and fees when the Trustee she represented refused to return calls to his phone number. In addition the rogue trustee with intent, kept his mail box full so that beneficiaries were not able to contact him for over 2 years.... The trust was a simple trust, a pass through trust with no liabilities. After upwards to three years, the trust is not closed, fees are mounting for the lawyer Ms. York as well as the trustee billing monthly for his intentionally abusive handling of the trust. The inventory has been stolen, certain items and monies are not detailed for the accounting. In my opinion I would say "Be careful if you hire this attorney." We were never notified in writing that our trust would be charged for phone calls to her home law office. We are unfortunately still missing mementos other than the mementos of our loved one who passes that we had to pay for in a garage sale at the instruction of Ms. York to the trustee. No transparency, no return emails from the lawyer or the Trustee for 12-16 months throughout our saddened time of loss and then insult added to the injury with abusive tactics in our opinion of the lawyer and trustee.
