I would like to say that John Buche was one of the greatest lawyer I had hired when I came to he with my case he said that he would do everything in his power to make sure that we get my money back. I had told my case to different lawyers before John and they never returned my Call or made me feel like it was not a priority but with John he made me feel good about the case again he always updated my on everything and made sure that I understand everything and not all lawyers make you feel that way. I would like to thank John and his team on doing an amazing job with my case.

John is a highly experienced attorney with a string of successes to provide it. He has the expertise to handle all types of patent and trademark cases, yet is also adept at hand-holding neophytes (like me). I entered his office as a layman with no understanding of the patent process. John taught me what I needed to know to make informed decisions, and then he handled it all so I could focus on inventing/selling with the confidence that he's got the patent pieces covered. He will be my patent and trademark attorney for anything else I ever do.

I have worked with John K. Buche for the past three years constructing AND WITH HIM PROMOTING my patent through the very difficult and obscure demands of the U.S. Patent office which he has expertly overcome at every turn. Moreover he has continuously kept me abreast of ongoing demands and fees required and thereby kept my patent alive which I did not have the insight to do. I have another patent I wish to pursue and I would never even contemplate doing without his continuing contribution and oversight.
Andrew Brettler, Litigation Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
John was a formidable adversary in a trademark infringement case that we litigated a few years ago. He certainly lived up to his excellent reputation and fought hard for his client. Since that matter, I have referred several cases to John and his firm and endorse him wholeheartedly.
