July 21 2010 started out like any other day, until I got a letter from the IRS wanting to perform an audit on '07 and '08 returns. I quickly went to the internet to find the best lawyers in the city of Memphis. I was told that Baker Donelson is one of the most highly rated, and best all around firms around, especially for tax law. After reviewing Adams resume, I was very impressed and decided to call. I left him an email, within moments received an email from him stating that he was on a call, but would call me right away. This was very welcome considering how that the IRS strikes a particular fear into you, and I was quite relieved that he called moments later. Adam was dependable, knowledgeable, and calmed me down, which I really needed. Adam got me through both of our meetings with a best case scenario result. I could not recommend Adam more. I’m hoping I never get audited again, but if I do I will use Adam no matter what!
