Knowledgable and responsive

I contacted Tate Lounsbery after I received a notification that I would be placed on the CACI for an accident involving my daughter. I was very distressed about the accident, and the prospect of being listed on a Child Abuse database for the rest of my life added to my anxiety. I spoke with Mr. Lou...nsbery shortly after receiving the notice, and despite being over the holidays, he was very responsive in terms of next steps. He emphasized the importance of filing paperwork in a timely manner, and not being afraid of the process. His instructions were very clear, and my expectations were set well. I was very comfortable with his approach, and retained his services. Tate checked in frequently to make sure that we didn't miss any deadlines or paperwork, and in the end, we received a favorable judgment. Many thanks for a job well done.

Tate Lounsbery, Esq.

I am a healthcare executive [not an attorney] and I have managed a successful legal department of 6 contracted attorneys working with on range of legal matters as malpractice/torts/contracts/regulatory agencies/criminal/civil and administrative law. And, I can assure you that I know the distinct...ion between good lawyers and outstanding lawyers and I classify Mr. Lounsbery as outstanding. Mr. Lounsbery was recommended by a mutual friend because I was confronting an addiction arrest. First, Mr. Lounsbery in an unchallenging setting asked me to re-cap the arrest. Then, he recreated the arrest secenario beginning the days/hours before, the actual arrest and the days/ hours after the arrest relying on my recollections and asking key questions [either in writing or face-to-face exchanges] that enabled comprehensive picture of the incident. Mr. Lounsbery subsequently de-constructed the incident identifying my legal rights and our best defense tactics. Mr. Lounsbery personally represented me at the hearings and it was his skill and comprehension of the law and court proceedings that enabled a fair and workable sentence. Mr. Lounsbery professional legal skills lend themselves to the resolution in your favor of nearly every facet of the law. I recommend Mr. Lounsbery without any reservations.

Saved by Tate

A simple divorce was going bad. I was being taken advantage due to my good nature. I contacted Tate a couple days before a court hearing. His direction was precise. His knowledge of the laws affecting my case was excellent. At a point during the hearing; the Judge was forced to check his "rules book"... to verify what Tate was proposing. Of course; I was in awe. While I was having trouble expressing my concerns of abuse from the former spouse in the court room; the other attorney was chopping me up into little pieces. Tate handled my case in a very professional manner. The final agreements were satisfactory and mostly in my favor. I can sincerely say; Tate saved me that day.

MIP in San Diego

In October of 2010, I was stopped on the sidewalk by a San Diego police officer because I was carrying a case of beer. I was 20 at the time and was given a Minor in Possession ticket. Upon learning that a MIP conviction carries a mandatory license suspension for one year, I felt that it was in my bes...t interest to hire an attorney. I found Tate Lounsbery through similar reviews such as this. Tate is very friendly and relaxed and kept me well informed of my situation as well as his plan to fight the charge. Whereas other lawyers I spoke to try to get their MIP cases reduced to Minor in Consumptions, Tate felt confident we could get this case dismissed and sure enough, his expertise with the traffic courts resulted in a dismissal of my case. Also, I did not have to appear in court with him. I recommend Tate to anyone in the San Diego area looking to fight MIPs.

Great for handling MIP's

Anyone who is currently under 21 and received a Minor in Possession infraction/misdemeanor for alcohol should give Tate a call. I am currently 19 years old and received and MIP in San Diego holding a can of beer. The biggest issue that was on my mind was keeping my license. I gave Tate a call and he ...talked to me professionally but not in a condescending way. If you are looking for a nice down to earth lawyer that will handle everything and save your license, i recommend Tate.
