My dad, after 20 years of being dedicated foster father, was falsely accused of child abuse and was going to have his name listed on CACI (Child Abuse Central Index). Because we took this offense seriously we went searching for the right attorney. Unfortunately, DCSF will protect themselves by imme...diately siding with the child without proof of evidence or conducting appropriate investigations. When it comes to DCSF you are guilty until proven innocent. I called four attorney offices, Tate was the last one.
