Hello to all who reads this. I reached out to Attorney Tate Lounsbery for a free consultation as is advertised on their website. Well, before I let you know what my experience was like with Attorney Tate, I want to give you a little background on my experience with previous "free consultations." I...n the past and very recently I have contacted lawyers for their "free consultations" and they have ALL been vague, insufficient and or filled with fluff that they cannot substantiate when I get in their presence for a "required" paid consultation where they seem to be ill-informed, changes their story as to how they can help and basically bring about in me and my husband a deep feeling of doubt as to their capability. Upon speaking with Attorney Tate, he was immediately warm, friendly and welcoming. What I and my husband was the most pleasantly surprised by was the methodical/detailed manner in which he patiently explained what his firm does, how they do it and some methods they use, etc to successfully win your case and to get your name removed from the CACI database. Attorney Tate answered ALL of our multiple questions without hesitation and never giving the impression of needing to get off the phone or becoming exacerbated with us. Also, my husband contacted Attorney Tate with additional questions the very next day and Attorney Tate quickly responded with a detailed answer. I and my husband were very pleased and impressed with Attorney Tate and the at least, 1 hour of information he provided us during the free consultation. When I opened the mail and read I was listed on the CACI my heart dropped. Not only was I falsely accused and trying to heal from the abuse I experienced, but I read these findings can affect future employment opportunities and be used against you. I knew I had to do something, and couldn't be more g...rateful to have found Tate Lounsbery and Komnith Moth! Komnith Moth was the most professional, composed, focused, articulate person during my hearing, and I was proud to be represented by him. Komnith sticks to the facts and get's to the point quickly. The assignments given to prepare for trial helped to focus me considering how the false accusations against me had me shaken up. He handled our case with expertise--he is very knowledgeable and thorough, and he spent a lot of time talking with us and researching and studying the best angles for the defense. Tate Lounsbery was recommended to us by a respected and loved attorney friend of ours at the time we received CPS's decision on our case. We were filled with despair, fear, and stress at this time and our friend's glowing recommendation of Mr. Lounsbery gave us the first glimmer of hope. The decision, in our case, was changed from "substantiated" to "inconclusive!" We are forever grateful for Tate!
