A heated custody battle for my children led to a false accusation from my ex as a way to check-mate me, regardless of how bad this would hurt the children. To add insult to injury, CPS made a series of assumptions based on unverified allegations by the other party, leading them to nearly release a ...very damaging (but entirely false) finding against me. I had initially called around for consultations with different attorneys to get a feel and to determine price ranges as it is important to research.
