This is your Guy, CACI Lawyer - Tate Lounsbery

Mr. Lounsbery is an EXPERT at this subject when it comes to representing people placed on the CACI (Child Abuse Central Index). He knows the laws and has a proven record to get you off this list. I have been a foster parent for 10 years. Due to false allegations of emotional abuse on my teen, an i...nvestigation conducted by the Monterey County Department of Social Services was substantiated without due process. I was informed verbally my name was already placed on the State Department of Justice CACI list. My children were removed from my home, my foster license taken away, and our foster child removed. Mr. Lounsbery has a specific process that requires work to help your case. I strongly believe if followed correctly, you will have the outcome you deserve! After the CACI appeal hearing was complete, the final result was "Unfounded"! Well worth the cost ! Thanks Mr. Lounsbery for your professionalism, support and dedication to your client(s)!

Family from San Bernardino

We highly recommend Tate Lounsbery. He handled our case with expertise--he is very knowledgeable and thorough, and he spent a lot of time talking with us and researching and studying the best angles for the defense. When it was time to send evidence and prepare for the hearing, he wrote an excellent... and comprehensive argument that not only changed the outcome of the agency's decision but also eliminated the need for a hearing altogether. The case was won. We are very pleased with this lawyer, and he clearly does great work in this area of defense.

Excellent Experience in spite of the circumstances

I hired Tate to represent me in a CACI grievance after arguing with the county about it for over a year. Being on the CACI had the potential to be extremely detrimental to my career, livelihood and reputation. I shopped around and consulted with several lawyers and decided on Tate based on recommenda...tions from other lawyers, past clients, and his willingness to share information, youtube videos, etc. to help potential clients in spite of whether he had been retained or not. This told me that he truly cares about what he does, and that is what I needed. He was recommended by a fellow attorney as a "bulldog" who would absolutely fight for me. In spite of how high my expectations were for Tate going into our agreement, he far exceeded anything I could have ever asked for. During one of the worst ordeals of my life, Tate immediately put me at ease. His knowledge of the CACI and related laws is outstanding, and he was able to answer any question I ever had beyond my expectations. I literally had to do nothing; he handled every single detail and just told me when and where to show up. I no longer had to worry about logistics, or paperwork, or documentation, or going back and forth with the county. He took all the stress away from the situation and was consistently professional and courteous to any individual we had to work with. Additionally, he took care of everything over the phone or via email to save me expense as I live in a county several hours away from him. The only time he traveled here was for the hearing as he was able to successfully do everything else at a distance. I was blown away by the ease I felt throughout the process. He was very reassuring to me and I always felt like I was in good hands. Tate is more than just an attorney. It is obvious that he cares about his clients and is highly vested in the outcomes of any cases he takes on. Throughout the entire process, I felt like I was his only client as he was consistently available and just a phone call away if I needed anything at all. Needless to say, we won my case, and it was an uphill battle. I truly believe I could not have done it without him; he was worth every penny. I highly recommend Tate to anyone facing a CACI grievance hearing. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with everything that Tate did for me, and my family.

Knowledgeable

Tate is an amazing lawyer! He accepted my case to have my name removed from the CACI when other lawyers refused to take on the case. The day of the grievance hearing Tate presented my case and proved his great knowledge of law and ability to build a great argument. When no other attorney gave me hop...e not only did Tate give me hope he won my case.

Should be hired for every CACI hearing

My dad, after 20 years of being dedicated foster father, was falsely accused of child abuse and was going to have his name listed on CACI (Child Abuse Central Index). Because we took this offense seriously we went searching for the right attorney. Unfortunately, DCSF will protect themselves by imme...diately siding with the child without proof of evidence or conducting appropriate investigations. When it comes to DCSF you are guilty until proven innocent. I called four attorney offices, Tate was the last one. The first attorney I spoke to was very rude and ill-mannered, he didn't know what the CACI hearing was but stated rudely that if I wanted him to represent my dad that there is a $500 retainer fee. The second office I spoke to, the receptionist didn't know what I was talking about in regards to the CACI hearing, stated that we would need to make an appointment with the attorney to see if she would take on the case, and there was a fee associated with it, but if we hired her, the consultation fee will apply towards the contract. The third attorney's office never returned my call. The fourth call I made was to Tate Lounsbery's office. I had left him a message and he called me back immediately. He spend the next two hours listening to me as I talked about my dad's allegations. He knew exactly what the CACI hearing was, he knew the hearing officer assigned to our case, because he defended multiple CACI cases with this hearing officer (and won). Tate was very empathetic. He took his time to listen to me, addressed my concerns, and explained the process from A to Z. He gave me all the scenarios, good and bad; told me what to expect, and how we should handle it. Tate was very attentive and compassionate, he understood the stress this was causing our family and he tried his best to be supportive. In the end Tate represented us with the CACI hearing and we won! He also represented us in a hearing against the State Licensing Board and we were able to resolve that as well. Hiring Tate was the best thing we did in this circumstance, and we hope to never be in this situation ever again. If you are on the fence to hire Tate for your CACI hearing, don't hesitate, he's by far the only one we spoke with who understood the process, knew the procedures, and provided us with the outcome that we wanted. Thank you Tate for everything you did to help clear my dad's name.
