When I opened the mail and read I was listed on the CACI my heart dropped. Not only was I falsely accused and trying to heal from the abuse I experienced, but I read these findings can affect future employment opportunities and be used against you. I knew I had to do something, and couldn't be more g...rateful to have found Tate Lounsbery and Komnith Moth! Komnith Moth was the most professional, composed, focused, articulate person during my hearing, and I was proud to be represented by him. Komnith sticks to the facts and get's to the point quickly. The assignments given to prepare for trial helped to focus me considering how the false accusations against me had me shaken up. Komnith was patient, really listened, and helped me to understand the process and potential outcomes. I trusted the process with Komnith and Tate as I had learned that this is a very different, specific type of law. CPS apparently have a lot of room to be inaccurate and unaccountable.
