I hired Attorney Tate Lounsbery when I found out I might be on the CACI list. I had no letter form the CACI agency informing me I was listed so I decided to contact Tate just in case. The time limit for filing a grievance had long past but Tate ensured I got a hearing date. Not only did I get a date ...but I won the hearing without being present. I was told this rarely happens so I'm proud of the hard efforts and outstanding job Tate performed to ensure I wasn't unjustly labeled for the rest of my life. I called Attorney Lounsbery back sometime ago. He quoted me a price of 3,000 for a fixed rate/flat fee for 3 months of representation on my divorce and custody case on the phone and when I got down to his office he said the cost was 5,000. This was after he wrote up our contract. I came to him lat...e in the game and had a court appearance in a couple weeks. I told him my concern and he stated he did not raise the rate on me. I felt desperate and paid the 5,000 for 3 months. In my contract it was 1,000 a month for every month after the 3 month period. I paid him 1 extra month after the 3 month period and asked him what he did to get my case done and he had made 1 phone call to my ex's attorney. This outrageous billing started even though I showed up with the divorce already started. I signed off and was never sent my file. You can do better then Tate!
