Tate Lounsbery is not only a caring and understanding person, he is a brilliant attorney who got me off the CACI list when odds were definitely not in my favor. My dad, after 20 years of being dedicated foster father, was falsely accused of child abuse and was going to have his name listed on CACI (Child Abuse Central Index). Because we took this offense seriously we went searching for the right attorney. Unfortunately, DCSF will protect themselves by imme...diately siding with the child without proof of evidence or conducting appropriate investigations. When it comes to DCSF you are guilty until proven innocent. I called four attorney offices, Tate was the last one. The first attorney I spoke to was very rude and ill-mannered, he didn't know what the CACI hearing was but stated rudely that if I wanted him to represent my dad that there is a $500 retainer fee. The second office I spoke to, the receptionist didn't know what I was talking about in regards to the CACI hearing, stated that we would need to make an appointment with the attorney to see if she would take on the case, and there was a fee associated with it, but if we hired her, the consultation fee will apply towards the contract.
