Prowse charged nearly $400/hour for his services. He billed 6 minutes for reading an e-mail, costing $40. Multiply that by number of e-mails over the 10 months my case lasted. That alone is enough to not recommend him or his office. You can find other attorneys that can provide quality service at lower costs.
