Elliott is the BEST! After an attempt to recover damages for a “malpractice” case which I thought was strong, but, fell on deaf ears by the insurance company, I attempted to find an attorney to represent me… which also turned-out to be futile. These attorneys assured me that I didn’t have a case. Then, through a referral..., I found Mr. Jung. He listened and with some reluctance, drafted a letter to the insurance company on my behalf. Mr. Jung, then battled with one senior adjuster after another, more senior adjuster until a reasonable settlement was reached. Wow... I am so so impressed by Elliot and Adam. I was chosen for Jury Duty on a case that Elliot and Adam were on, and I was in awe of them both throughout the trial. I was in a traumatic collision in 2016 and the other driver’s insurance made it their mission to make my life as difficult as possible for the last two and a half years.
