In addition to maintaining his private practice, Mr. Patton serves on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Criminal Defense Bar Association. He has been an active member of the Criminal Defense Lawyers Club since 1988. Mr. Patton is a past member of the Board of Directors of the North County Bar Association and a founding panel member of the North County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service.

 

In 1990, Mr. Patton was appointed to serve the California State Bar Committee on Professional Responsibilities and Conduct. Since 1990, Mr. Patton has been a chapter author for the Criminal Law and Procedure Manual published by the California Continuing Education of the State Bar.

Excellent defense attorney
Brad is an amazingly intelligent lawyer. The case he covered for us was highly sensationalized and very intense. Brads cool, calm demeanor reassured me to know that we had a completely competent and intellectually sound attorney. Brad was able to look at all aspects of a complex case to provide a solid defense. A good result for a potentially tragic situation
My son was threatened by a mentally unstable person and the legal system was very slow to deal with the problem. Mr. Patton followed up in a very timely fashion with evidence for the district attorney that allowed the police to take the party into custody and he is now in jail and my son is safe.

My lifesaver!
There's not enough space to write all the great things I want to say about Mr. Patton. He is kind, patient, and reassuring (which is very important as you go through the legal process).
