When you find yourself needing Jeff's skill set as a lawyer you want someone who will walk you through the whole process A to Z. Jeff keeps it simple. The process can also be very hard and he helps to take the emotion out of it and he let's you know exactly how everything works, step by step. He was there for me the entire time. The process also takes some time so Jeff kept in communication and updated me on a regular basis. I can recommend Jeff for his expertise and the kindness in which he conducts his business.

One the smartest and best lawyer i ever worked with. He explained very well to me every situation of the filing process and always made it a point to answer any questions, doubts or clarification I had. He meticulously and steadfastly worked on closing my chapter 13, that was abandoned by my previous unreliable Attorney. He truly is professional and highly recommended.

Mr. Hsu did a phenomenal job representing us in a complex legal bankruptcy case. We were buyers in the process. We had to meet many court imposed deadlines and Jeff was on time and on target without a bunch of drama and last minute indecision. Initially he gave us a straight forward assessment of the chances of us winning. Even suggested we might not want to spend the money required in legal fees to go to court. But we insisted that we wanted too. He was respected by the judge and he won despite the objections of the other sides very experienced and crafty lawyer. Great legal mind and a friendly guy. Don't let his quiet nature fool you - he likes to win. Strongly recommend Mr. Hsu!

As someone who has worked in close proximity to Mr. Hsu in the past, I witnessed first hand his diligence, enthusiasm for his work, and genuine care for his clients. Particularly in this economy, when it comes to bankruptcy/debt negotiation matters it is essential to have someone in your corner who is committed to keeping up-to-speed with the changes and nuances of the relevant laws. Jeffrey Hsu is just such an advocate and I recommend his services.
