I was a client of Marc's about 1 year ago in my divorce action involving child custody issues. Before hiring Marc, my case was not moving forward. Marc helped me in all aspects to get the best results in my case with the least amount of money. The office staff and attorney are very responsive. I ...would recommend him to everyone for any family law matter. I was always informed about the status of my case. I spent 1/2 of what my ex-spouse spent on his lawyer for the same proceeding. This attorney is very honest and dif not take actions to run up my bill. At a hard time in my life, my attorney made it easier by guiding me.

Dealing with this attorney was one of the worst expereinces, he was retained for a family law case. He took three months to file the OSC after continous requests, follow-ups, etc. Dealing with his staff was so bad, no one knew what was going on and 50% of his work was sub contracted out. We never rec...eived a billing statement for his services even though we requested many times, but he continued to demand more money otherwise he would not work for me or continur to be my attorney. I was not only fighting for custody of my child, I had to fight with my own attorney! It was like pulling teath to get any kind of service, I paid thousands only to get to docs filed. He is a strong arm money hungry, non ethical lawyer. While I was in his office I overheard another client yelling and demanding his money back because he has not done any work but took his money. I finally had to dismiss him, I lost a lot of money but not dealing with him and his office will be worth it. I am now looking for a good trust worthy attorney to help me. What ever you do stay away from this one.
