I just got my E2 investor visa, yeah! Attorney Chung and his team are very professional: 1. They are respectful, patient and polite. 2. Attorney Chung's instructions are very clear, he would tell you what you should and should not do. The laws are very strict so you have to be extremely careful..., you don't want to spend your investment expenditure and then be told that these items do not qualify for the visa. Attorney Chung's guidelines clearly stated what exactly you should pay attention to when you spend the money, for instance, all vouchers and receipts should bear the last 4 digits of your company's credit card number.
