We have just been granted E-2 visa for the whole family in Bangkok, Thailand, on August 2015. Now, my family successfully move to US. I found Mr. Chung from his website un-intentionally on May 2013. I have learnt a lot of useful visa type and related information from his website. We are Australian Citizens and purchased a franchise business in US over 100K in 2014. We had L-1 Visa petition refused last year and also found In-eligible on E3 Visa earlier this year in January and left with no hope of moving to United States.
