Often too busy to return calls; often gave me the impression that she had taken on too many cases and was too busy to give adequate attention to my case; I heard through a reliable source of an unfortunate incident in which she recommended a placement for a child and subsequently, the child was abused in that placement - as a result, she is extremely reluctant to advocate for removal of a child from a particular custody, possibly to the extent that her effectiveness in custody cases is severely limited. Her custody report for my case was excellent but she then muffed the case due to the above..

I was lucky to find Ms. Didonato. My wife and myself have major teenager problems. We were accused of 11 counts of neglect, and luckly there was no proof other than our teenagers statement.Non the less we still needed to prove ourselves inoccent. Ms Didonato represented me and got me through all the court dates without me facing any charges. " she is an awesome attorney an a great person" If anyone is have DCFS issues please look no further. Ms. Dionato is the attorney you need on your team.

Ms. di Donato did an excellent and thorough job as a minor’s counsel. In a highly contested child custody battle, in trying to reach child’s best interest she investigated by carefully reviewing past court proceedings, interviewing involved parties including lawyers, therapists, child custody evaluator and saw right through the smokescreen that was trying to be created by an alienating mother. I highly recommend her as minor’s counsel in highly contested child custody battles if you want the truth to come out.
