Mr. Pennington has practiced law continuously from 1980 to the present. He has jury trial and appellate experience in the civil field and extensive Workers’ Compensation experience. He is particularly adept at handling injury claims which involve both Worker’s Compensation and personal injury civil claims. These are cases where an on the job injury is caused by the negligence of some “third party” – for example a messenger making deliveries who is struck by a vehicle that ran a red light. In such cases, the injured messenger may bring a Work Comp claim against his employer and a civil claim against the driver who caused the accident. Mr. Pennington’s familiarity with both fields of law helps him maximize the client’s net recovery in these cases once liens, offsets and credits are taken into consideration.

Mr. Gregg Alan Pennington, was referred by a close of mine two years ago on a work related injury....On the first day meeting with Mr. Pennington, my first impression was I prejudging, thinking he would assist me and would do what most attorney do give me the run around....during my consultation I find that Mr. Pennington was detailed oriented, provided information of what he can or cannot do....what steps to take as I retained him as my Attorney.... I was please and satisfied with Mr. Pennington performance...he was efficient and effective, able to reassure me he's the man for the job, was ready to fight for me as his client.... Oh! by the way, prejudging is never the way to go....Mr. Pennington for the past two years have been diligently working so hard, that now I'm able to get the care and treatment for my injury....Not only did he get me a doctor, he keeps me informed on everything in regards to my case (i.e court dates)....also in between asked how I',m doing(Gentle Giant)... If anyone out there looking for a caring, kind and hardworking Attorney Mr. Gregg Alan Pennington is your man....He deserves more than five stars....millions of stars with blessings

Helped make a long arguas ordeal as easy as possible
Working with a Union based defedent whom has all the time,money and resources at their disposal seemed like a loss before we started. Trusting in him became more evident as the case unfurled. If you want a quick sloppy settlement ,Mr.Pennington is not the one for you. There is nothing quick and easy in a true WC case. We are pleased we chose Gregg for our legal affairs.

Great lawyer !!
Mr. Pennington has been a great source of support and information for my Mom who has a work related injury. He is very good at explaining all that he is working on and what he thinks the potential outcomes are. He has been working very hard on our case and keeps us up to date with any changes. He has a lot of experience dealing with worker related injuries, which I could tell from the first discussion my mom and I had with him about our case. I would definitely recommend him to any one that has a work related injury.

Gregg is fantastic to work with
I needed to push my workers compensation claim in CA through the QME and settlement process. Gregg was simply amazing. I contacted Gregg and he told me not to bother hiring a lawyer just yet as it might not be required. But throughout my process he provided informal advice on his suggestions for what I should do at no cost. It turns out that using his advice I was able to get an appropriate settlement from the state and he ended up not needing an attorney. I certainly would have hired him in a heartbeat had we ended up needed a lawyer. I am appreciative and grateful for him providing excellent direction at no cost. Gregg is an attorney who has your best interests at heart, you will not go wrong using him.
