I had a DUI case that was a few years old that I wanted to get resolved. Mr. Simmrin was on it from day one. He communicated with me and gave me a step by step run down on how things would happen. My Attorney, Michael, was so helpful. I had an old infarct, that I was pushing off. I never wanted to deal with it, until I had to. Because I previously pushed this off, I had a bench warrant out. Michael, was wonderful in getting my warrant retracted, and reinstating the terms I needed to complete. ...He was there from start to finish, and always maintained open communication. He was always available when I had a question. Quite frankly, I was almost taken into custody, and he was able to get that withdrawn. If I have any future needs, which I hope not to have, I will definitely being using Michael.

It was last minute call to Mr. Simmrin regarding My precious child, he responded to my call not to mention it was after hours when I found his firm online and dialed the number just to stored in my phone, so that I could call in the A.m. If it were not for Mr. Simmrin I would be behind bars for the rest of my life. About a year ago I was falsely accused of killing a man and was charged with murder.
