Talk to Yousef first!
I am very thankful for Yousef taking the time to handle my car accident injury case. I am very pleased with the settled amount. He is easy to talk too, but yet he is professional and straight forward. He is quick to respond via email or telephone, always keeping me updated. I would return back, hopefully not anytime soon :) But of course, I would return and recommend everyone to trust Yousef to handle their case.

I would love to recommend Yousef Manadjrmi as eviction attorney. He is professional , always available, very knowledgeable ,plenty of experience, reasonably priced for an actual attorney doing the work unlike other eviction companies. He is a "straight forward kinda guy" If you like No BS he is your attorney. Unfortunately , I wasn't able to win my case because I chose to drop the case after Youself informed me of all the possible outcomes prior to spending more funds. Hope you call Yourself and get a consult you will not be disappointed .

Masterful
I was faced with a very difficult legal situation involving a landlord-tenant matter. The other party had very aggressive attorneys who tried to push me into accepting their offers. Mr. Monadjemi stood firm and the matter did end up in trial. Mr. Monadjemi was a master in court and I prevailed. I could not have done this without his expertise and support.

Wonderful representation! Information explained in a way that's easy to understand regarding complex issues! Great communication skills with ongoing updates provided anytime of day or night! Friendly & easy to talk to . Honest and direct! I have very high expectations and can be a little bit of a pill to deal with at times but this guy met my match. My husband and I hired another lawyer 5 months ago and paid him $5000. That lawyer did absolutely nothing for us. Nothing!!He didn't even speak to the tenant on our behalf. . Yousef has done more for us in the past week than that lawyer ever did in 5 months and for half the price. Recommending Mr. Yousef Monadjemi
It is rare to find both honesty and efficiency in a lawyer and Mr. Monadjemi exemplifies this lofty combination. I was overseas and my apartment was occupied by renters who'd stopped paying their rent. I was very fortunate to pick his name out from the yellow pages: cold and without recommendation. When I contacted him from overseas for advise and legal action, he patiently took the time to explain the rent laws to me, and indeed he gave me the correct legal advice and direction. Needless to say, he won the case for me despite some contractual complications; and his invoice was very reasonable. The best thing about my experience with Mr. Monadjemi is that he proved that he was committed to protecting my interests while I was absent from the country, thus saving me many sleepless nights and worry. I highly recommend his legal services, especially to people with complex cases.

Mr. Yousef is the best Attorney in the Valley, he helped me evict my tenants.Before I met him and his group I was trying for over 5 months I couldn't do anything. Until I met him and his wonderful group! They really made a change in the amount of time they have given us. From the beginning Yousef was extremely informative and upfront about how to handle my case. He was always professional and responsive. He explained the various ways to get a difficult section 8 tenant out of my building. I followed his lead and sure enough we arrived at a very positive outcome. The tenant moved out with minimal issues, and now I can move on and provide a much better housing experience for the remaining tenants. He was pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend him.
