Prior to formation of Sepassi & Tarighati, LLP in 2012, the Law Offices of Steven M. Sepassi proudly served the legal needs of businesses and individuals in the greater Los Angeles area, as well as Northern California. During this time, the firm established a stellar track record in a multitude of cases, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Our strengths were in providing individualized and comprehensive legal advice, support, and representation for our clients. Moreover, by concentrating on litigation and trial work, we became a litigation powerhouse to be reckoned with.
Our practice was founded upon certain fundamental principles. First, clients are real people and not files or file numbers. Many of the decisions that we make in day-to-day litigation not only affect the outcome of the case, but also affect the lives of the people involved. We seek to reduce the stress and pressure of litigation by providing periodic feedback and case information to clients, so that they are fully informed and involved. Second, no two cases are the same. We give each and every case individualized attention, and make it a point to discuss our case strategy before implementation. Third, clients must be able to make informed decisions in their cases. Beyond legal representation, we provide our clients with up-to-date information about their case so that they can make the best decision regarding their case.
At Sepassi & Tarighati, LLP, we are continuing the same level of vigor for our clients. This knowledge and background in litigation has also given us a unique window into the lives of individuals as well as attorneys involved in litigation, placing us in a position to help them in mediating their cases. As experienced mediators we seek the best solution which would resolve the dispute between the parties without further entanglement.
